About ContractSift
Know what is wrong with a contract before you sign it, without paying a lawyer to read it.
What we do
Contract review against a playbook. Upload the contract and it identifies every clause that deviates from market standard for that contract type, explains in plain language what the deviation actually means in money and risk, ranks issues by severity, and drafts the specific redline and the negotiation email to send. Companies can define their own playbook of acceptable positions once, after which every incoming contract is checked against it automatically. It tracks obligations and renewal dates after signature, which is where most of the money is actually lost.
Who we built it for
Small and mid-size businesses signing supplier, client, lease and employment contracts without in-house counsel, plus the fractional general counsel and small firms who review them. Deal values 10k to 2m.
The problem
A 40-page contract arrives, the business owner skims it, and signs because the alternative is 1,200 dollars and a week of a lawyer's time for a routine agreement.
Auto-renewal traps, unlimited liability, one-sided indemnities and termination clauses that lock in three years get signed constantly, and the cost surfaces years later.

The one promise
The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.
Turn a wall of text into typed fields
Paste an email, a ticket or a page of notes. See it turned into typed fields, with the token cost of the call. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
